What is the shipping cut-off time?
The daily shipping cut-off time is 2.00pm, Mon – Fri. You must place your order before 2.00pm to ensure that it can be dispatched the same day (provided that the item you ordered is in stock).

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location.  Delivery within the Brisbane and Metropolitan areas is generally the next business day. Delivery to other major cities generally arrives within 1-2 business days but may be take up to a week. 

Please note that we have no control over the delivery service once your order has been shipped and cannot guarantee timely delivery.  The courier requires a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to be at the address you provided to receive your delivery, unless ATL (Authorisation to Leave) noted delivery.

 

How much does shipping cost?

What shipping methods do you offer?
Orders are dispatched via TNT, Fastway Couriers, Startrack and Australia Post.

Can I provide an Authority to Leave my package at the shipping address?
Yes, you can provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) your package at your shipping address without a signature. However, it is up to the discretion of the driver whether or not to leave your package unattended.  We will not be liable for any actions by our carrier over which we have no control, including the loss or theft of packages that have been left at your address unattended under your authorisation.

How long does order processing take?
We aim to dispatch orders same day once goods are paid.  Dispatch times are not guaranteed and may take longer for items that are not in stock. If a product is out of stock or on back order, we will aim to notify you within 2 business days.

Do you allow pickups?
Yes, we allow pickups but you must select the LOCAL PICKUP option when checking out online. Our  office is located at Redcliffe Aerodrome, Building 2a on the Cnr Nathan Rd and Wirraway Drive. Redcliffe Qld 4020.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, if stock is available, but you will need to contact the office to arrange and provide a quote.  Customer Service Contact 1300 106 003.

My order didn’t arrive. What now?
Because your order is dispatched by courier, you must be at home at the time that delivery is attempted. Otherwise, you may have missed your delivery. If you still can’t find your order, please call us on 1300 106 003 or email us at info@hmsmedical.com.au and we will track it for you.

Do you provide tracking numbers?
If you have provided us with a valid email address, we will send you courier and tracking details

Deliver Internationally
Yes we do. You will be responsible for taxes outside of Australia. Items are sold in Australian Dollars. Orders sent outside of Australia will attract freight costs. Please contact Customer Service to arrange a quote.
